The purpose of the IT Lifecycle Services (ITLS) is to work alongside, and under the guidance of, the Lead Configuration Technician in order to support all ITLS configuration depot needs as well as provide field related support on projects. This contract will go until the end of the year doing network refreshes for schools, replacing switches and installing access points. *This position will be working onsite in the Rialto School District after school hours (approximately 1pm). Some work in Ontario, California in order to get powered.*

Responsibilities

• Works alongside configuration technicians to configure deployment orders
• Supports all Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) depot related processes, including receiving, inspect & clean, and inventory management
• Network and field installation
• Network refresh
• Replace switches
• Install access points
• Provides onsite field support as needed for projects at customer location

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
