Job description
Position: Junior electromechanical technician
Job Purpose: To support plant operation via PM machines, improve and repair PLC, robot controls and other equipment.
Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
· Process adjustments to maintain product quality
· Work with PLC, robot controls and injection molding machines.
· Ability to work with Quality personnel, Shift Supervisor and Production Manager
· Perform initial startup part verification and qualification
· Perform startups and shutdowns
· Perform routine maintenance on molding machines
· Ensure that production setups are clean and organized
· Ability to work up to 12 hours or other shifts on occasion
· Ability to continuously lift and/or move up to 35 lbs, and 50 lbs periodically
Working hours: 8 hours to 12 hours.
Shift hours: Day shift: 7:30 am to 3:30 pm; afternoon shift: 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm and night shift: 11:30 pm to 7:30 am
Type of Employment: Full time, permanent.
