MTC is proud to operate the Bluebonnet Detention Center in Anson, Texas, where our employees strive to improve the lives of those in our care through robust educational programming, clinical care, and other resources.

MTC and the Bluebonnet Detention Facility in Anson, TX are seeking full-time LPNs/LVNs to join our team.

Employment type: Full-Time

Shift: 12-hour shifts

Pay: $23.00/hour +$2/hour Night Shift Differential

Bonus: $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Incentive pay: Additional pay incentives for various assignments

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attend sick call with the physicians
• Assess and triage inmates
• Administer, control, and record medications
• Urgent care cases as needed
• Closely monitor all potential catastrophic illnesses

Education & Experience Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Licensed Vocational Nursing Program, current, valid nursing license for the state of Texas or a compact state. Must possess current CPR certification. Valid driver's license in the state of Texas with an acceptable driving record required.
