The Club at Del Webb Naples is excited to announce an exceptional career opportunity for a Lifestyle Assistant / Administrative Assistant.
Pay: $15 an hour

The Club at Del Webb Naples is a magnificent active adult community in the lively town of Ave Maria, Florida. Job purpose
Represents the first point of contact and responds or directs people accordingly and supervises others working in same capacity. Act as support to Facility Management and Lifestyle Program.
Duties and responsibilities
- Maintain Hampton Golf’s customer service goal, 4 key guidelines, and service standards as reflected in the Hampton Golf handbook. The possession of a Credo Card must be part of your daily uniform.
- Represents the first point of contact and responds or directs people accordingly.
- Compile information from Team and residents for electronic communication.
- Assist in maintaining resident files, forms, and guest passes.
- Provide clerical assistance with community correspondence.
- Enforce Board approved rules for use of clubhouse and community.
- Gather a working knowledge of the Community Doc’s and Rule’s & Reg’s to assist the Community Manager.
- Assist with other duties as needed to include assisting with Lifestyle admin duties.
- Assists Lifestyle Director setting up and hosting events as needed
- Periodically walk the Pool Deck to ensure the uniformity of furniture and general orderly appearance
- Periodic check of pool, gym, and other resident only areas to ensure that only approved guest and resident usage is maintained throughout the amenities.
Qualifications
Two years of administrative support and office experience; or, any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved
