Logistics & Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

The Logistics/Customer Service Specialist will be a well-organized team member with hands-on presence to be a part of a logistics operation that strives to increase customer satisfaction, improve efficiency and streamline operations. Supports, initiates and strives for operational excellence best practices. Will be responsible for supporting and developing, documenting, and implementing standard procedures to ensure internal and external customer requirements are met or exceeded.

Job Duties:

• Responding to customer queries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or slack
• Support in the investigation of internal/external customer feedback to find returns root causes and advise appropriate solutions to resolve them.
• Process customer returns & upload inventory adjustments
• Analyze data to identify root causes for items with high return rates
• Report returns trends and data to marketing and planning departments and provide insight on permanent solutions to reduce high return rates
• Become a subject matter expert in our WMS software, system troubleshoot and assist customer shipment packing stations
• Fill in as a packer/picker as needed
• Manage packing & shipping materials for all packing stations
• Work closely with the Shipping Team to identify and develop opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support liaison for three off site team members who operate the call center.

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Proven experience in customer service
• Process driven and analytical mindset
• Well-versed in technical operation
• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms
• Previous experience with a WMS software, preferred.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Good analytical/critical thinking

Other Support Duties

Provide support to the shipping and wholesale teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.89 - $22.75 per hour
