Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a Logistics Management Analyst for a position at JBLM, Washington.

Duties include:

• Serve as the OCIE facility lead, directly responsible for unit level equipment issued to soldiers assigned to the organization. The position oversees the issue, receipt, and turn-in of unit specific equipment.
• Download, review, upload, and edit records as required automated and manual in GCSS-A, maintaining soldier issue files issued from within property accounting systems.
• Review property records and identify administrative changes required in cataloging authorized balances for CTA items.
• Complete quarterly alpha roster reconciliation against soldier issue files, and equipment on hand.
• Complete semi-annual 100% reconciliation inventory.
• Assist in maintaining positive control of and store classified material.
• Receive and issue property through GCSS-A.
• Maintain and submit monthly performance metrics and demand history of the facility.
• Ship and receive equipment to two facilities geographically separated.

Basic Qualifications:

• The capabilities to input, correct, maintain, and validate information in the unit property records.
• The skills to prepare documentation for disposition of excess property items.
• Experience with all current and developing databases and processes related to their logistics management support efforts.
• Be proficient in the use of the Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) and related Logistics Acquisition and Sustainment Programs.
• GCSS-A Certified
• Previous experience managing OCIE facility.
• Prior 92A or 92Y experience

Desired Skills:
1. Possess excellent work ethic, verbal and written communication skills, and be detailed and accurate in performing all functions.

2. Able to operate a standalone computer without assistance and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $52,100 - $99,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
