Founded in 2005, Tristar Glass, Inc. is a fully integrated architectural glass fabricator located in the south-central region of the United States. With three plants spanning two states, Tristar operates in over 270,000 square feet of fabrication space and employs more than 250 people.

Job Description:

Tristar is seeking a Marketing and Sales Coordinator who can help to display our company’s message through online resources and social media to create a cohesive marketing brand. This individual will be responsible for updating and managing the company’s website & social media accounts, updating the company’s marketing materials and assisting the sales team with trade shows & other industry events. This position will be at our facility in Tulsa, OK.

Responsibilities:

· Generate and share content that will drive high-response rates on the Tristar social media accounts

· Collaborate with the sales team, owners and customers to develop ideas that can further our reach to our target audience

· Assist in creating marketing campaigns

· Coordinate with the sales team to create advertising materials and update company brochure & company website

· Source stories and write the internal newsletter

· Assist with trade shows and other events with sales team

· Help with employee relations – t-shirt designs & coordinating orders, employee events, texting app for employee communications

· Reports to the Director of Sales and will assist with her daily responsibilities, as assigned

Selection Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

· Proficient in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), web-based platforms, as well as Microsoft Office

· Experience supporting social media, writing & editing content

· Creative and driven with the ability to work as an individual and with a team

· Ability to juggle multiple projects

· Excellent communication skills

Travel Requirements:

· No set travel requirements, could potentially be requested to travel once a quarter for trade shows and events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
