Department Overview The Unified Communications team has a mission to become the leader in creating a highly scalable software platform and communication applications for first responders and industrial workgroups. Our customers rely on these solutions to run their critical business operations in the public safety, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors. Every single day, we are shaping the future of mobile workgroup solutions for public safety and industrial users worldwide leveraging Motorola’s rich heritage in this space. Our solutions include broadband Push to Talk (PTT), multimedia messaging, location-based collaboration, video streaming with full interoperability with land mobile radio (LMR) systems. The products include client apps on Android, iOS, and Windows. Our backend software can be deployed On-Prem, in private data centers, or in a public cloud infrastructure.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SaaS Offer Manager to join our growing team in the Unified Communications division. As the Offer Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire product and offer lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will work closely with the product development, sales, and marketing teams to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies for our SaaS products and offers.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new SaaS products and offers.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.

Work closely with the product development team to ensure product features and functionality meet customer needs.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective product launch campaigns, including creating product messaging and positioning, defining target customer segments, developing launch plans, and executing on product launch tactics.

Monitor product performance and make recommendations for updates and improvements.

Ensure product orderability by developing and implementing pricing strategies, working with legal on contracts, and ensuring product availability.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to ensure our products remain competitive in the market.

Create dashboards and visualizations to help stakeholders understand key metrics and trends

Qualifications/Skills

Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the ability to develop successful go-to-market strategies.

Experience conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of product orderability skills, including pricing strategy development, contract negotiation, and product availability.

Proven experience in product launch skills, including creating product messaging and positioning, defining target customer segments, developing launch plans, and executing on product launch tactics.

Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel PowerQuery

An MBA is a plus.
Basic Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, IT or a related field.

5+ years of experience in offer management, product management, or a related field in the SaaS technology industry.
