Oregon City Garage Door is currently seeking a qualified Office Manager | Scheduler for full time employment. Oregon City Garage Door is a full-service door company that provides sales, service and installation of Overhead Doors in the Portland Metro-Area for both Residential and Commercial clients.

Responsibilities Include:
- Answering phones and scheduling service appointments and estimates
- Dispatching service techs throughout metro area
- Creating, maintaining, and entering data using Excel
- QuickBooks and Service Titan
- Additional administrative duties as requested

- Collect payments and invoice customers daily

- Process door orders and inform customers about lead time

- Accounts Receivable; Call on past due’s to collect payment

Requirements:
- Must have excellent customer service, communication, and phone skills
- Ability to be organized and prioritize
- Must be a team player, with a professional attitude towards customers and coworkers
- Intermediate computer and data entry skills, including Word and Excel
- Ability to multi-task
- Self-starter, work independently
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Portland Metro Area geography

Work Hours:

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with a rotating Saturday shift 8am-4pm
