Job description
Primary Function:
Pick and prepare inventory for outgoing orders. Assist with the receiving of inbound inventory.
Job Type: Full Time
Position Responsibilities** (including but not limited to):**
- Pick and prepare orders for shipment
- Receive and catalog inventory
- Maintain clean, orderly facility and ensure that safety equipment meets protocols
- Miscellaneous “shared” tasks required for operations
Skills:
- Ability to work cooperatively with team and management
- Fork lift operations (can be trained after hiring)
- Average communication skills in both written and spoken formats
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral forms
- Ability to maintain a neat and clean work environment and personal appearance
Qualifications:
- Must be highly detail oriented, focused, dependable, and trustworthy
- Disciplined, punctual, and highly organized
- Must be willing to submit to a backround check and drug test
- Willingness to constantly learn and improve processes.
Physical Requirements:
- Extended periods of standing and walking
- Stooping, bending, twisting, leaning
- Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs.
Work Environment:
- Typically inside a climate-controlled area, but may required to move to outdoor environements to perform duties.
- Required to wear of proper protective equipment (PPE) such as steel or composite toe boots.
