Join Aspect Retail Logistics Pickering, one of Canada's largest 3PL Distribution centers. We are continuing to experience rapid growth and are hiring permanent full time General Labour associates to join us asap.

Pay Rate:

• $21.00 per hour + weekly picking bonus
• Base wage progression up to $27.85 per hour
• We offer 60 cents premium for Afternoon shift and 80 cents premium for night shifts

Schedule: Full-Time Shifts - Days, Afternoons and Night Shifts available

Shifts Available:

• Days: 7am - 3pm
• Afts: 3pm - 11pm (Sun - Thurs)
• Nights: 11pm - 7am (Sun - Thurs)

Job Duties and Attritbutes:

• Operate a double-pallet jack (free training provided!)
• Manually lifting 20 to over 50 lbs. consistently throughout shift to load pallets
• Receive and confirm orders through a talkman headset
• Delivering the pallets to the loading areas for shipment
• Work in a fast paced, KPI driven environment, meeting daily and weekly quotas - incentives are provided!
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Previous order picking experience an asset
• Positive attitude, team player
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively
• Must have a flexible schedule: Monday through Sunday with the possibility of working stat holidays
• Criminal background checks will be completed for the position
