Job Summary:
The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple digital marketing campaigns. This position will work alongside the Sr Media Manager and Digital Agency to execute paid search, display, video, email campaigns across multiple markets. This includes keyword research and management, analytics and tracking, campaign implementation, and reporting on results.
Primary Functions:
· Day-to-day management of paid digital media campaigns, including search engine marketing, display, programmatic, video, and native advertising across multiple markets.
· Provide campaign reporting and ongoing actionable insights to improve paid media results.
· Audience research, management, exploration, and testing within digital platforms.
· Conduct in-depth keyword research to improve search engine marketing campaigns.
· Partner with creative and web development team to assist with the development of digital marketing assets.
· Maintain knowledge of industry and platform best practices and new technologies.
Knowledge and Skills:
· Bachelor’s Degree required
· 2+ years of paid media experience
· Experience with managing paid search campaigns, Google Ads search certified is a plus.
· Programmatic advertising experience.
· Google Analytics knowledge and hands on experience.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Cross-functional team collaboration as well as ability to work independently.
· Proven time management, detail orientation, organized and problem-solving skills.
· Self-starter, self-motivated work ethic.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
