Looking for a part time customer service rep to join our team. This is the perfect situation for someone looking to supplement their income as the position is 9 hours only per week. The schedule for this role is Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9-12.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer service inquiries by phone, email, other online platforms
• Maintain spreadsheet of any/all customer service issues and add notes to POS system
• Contact various vendors/manufacturers on customers behalf
• Send review requests to customers using online platforms
• Communicate with sales team and office manager

This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication skills, attention to detail and a follow-through attitude. The perfect candidate will be tech savvy and have BASIC experience with Excel.
