• Proficient in Google docs and spreadsheets
• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook

• Assist in logging Clients (Employer Detail, Confirmation and notes, Placement sheet and email/state list.)
• Assist Processing with typing, submissions, inquiries as needed.
• Assist Processing with sending/receiving packets and check signed I-129’s for accuracy) as needed.
• Assist Processing with Recruitment as needed.
• Assist USCIS Department with checking/processing WAC #s, checking and processing receipts and approval notices as needed.
• Backup for USCIS – Preparing outgoing mail and printing Worker Placements transfer applications as needed.
• Assisting Worker Placement with In-Country transfers as needed.
• Assist Workers to complete profiles primarily in the summer as needed.
• Maintain – Credit Card Calls (Declined or expired) as needed.

• Backup phones at front desk
• Cross Training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
