This position schedule is considered a Compressed Work Week - Front End Days - Every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday. 5:30 am- 6:00 pm
POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs clerical tasks in the production control function. Sorts, posts and files inventory records and production schedules. Understands order book and inventory points against current orders and reviews stock records to determine stock status against project requirements.
SKILL: Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.- JOB COMPLEXITY: Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
- SUPERVISION: Normally follows established procedures on routine work; requires instructions only on new assignments.
- EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a minimum of 1 - 2 years of related experience.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Collaborates well with manufacturing and engineering teams. Is able to assist in month and year end inventories and WIP identifications needs.
- Based on WIP and tool status, provides a production order or suggestion on enhancement point to the manufacturing team

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED:
- Associates degree or equivalent years of related experience.
- Knowledge of complex semiconductor fab (or manufacturing line) process flows
- Has worked with MES system or equivalent
- Knowledge of semiconductor tool operation
- Computer and Software knowledge in the following applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and similar SAP.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Effective analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Project Management Skills Good interpersonal and customer support skills
- A working knowledge in Microsoft office programs needed to complete job
- A working knowledge of wafer processing and production control basics such as MES experience, inventory control, and product workflows.
- Trainable in high MES functionality and tasks.
- Understands basic Microsoft excel based data and is able to update and keep current records in them.
- Able to work on special inventory control tasks and record inventories, identify re-order needs, and to communicate needs as needed.
