Description:

  • Develop timing plans, manage open issues, and perform Gate Reviews to satisfy internal and external customer milestones
  • Build relationships with key customer contacts and monitor customer satisfaction
  • Ensure assigned programs adhere to the process and retain necessary documentation
  • Use the Summary document to facilitate team activities, track progress, and report program status to management
  • Report status items and roadblocks to management with proposed solutions
  • Interface with customers and suppliers and coordinate resources to support customer activities
  • Monitor financial status and use benchmarking or lessons learned to improve company systems
  • Document and manage customer and internal engineering changes in the database
  • Support new business quoting with tooling/capital cost information and process assumptions
  • Prepare and present progress reports and develop action plans to address identified issues
  • Ensure work is done correctly, completely, and to the highest standards
  • Provide direction, development, and leadership to the team
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technical, Business, or Program Management, or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of related automotive experience
  • Ability to work unsupervised and complete projects on schedule
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Understanding of automotive customer requirements
  • Ability to lead and work in a cross-functional team environment
  • Independent action and initiative
  • Appropriate, reasonable, timely, and realistic decision-making
  • General knowledge of GD&T
  • Strong communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
