JOB TITLE:
Project Coordinator
JOB PURPOSE:
The project coordinator will be responsible for managing special projects, including but not limited to all activities relating to WWAMI block instructor onboarding; simulated & volunteer patient scheduling, and providing administrative support as required under limited supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include but are not limited to:
Managing the administrative activities related to instructor onboarding for all new and returning instructors for all WWAMI courses. This involves: collecting essential information from instructors, updating instructor contracts, assisting with course administration needs and coordinating parking for visiting physicians.
Working with the Clinical Faculty and Block leads to schedule simulated and volunteer patient sessions.
Coordinating assigned projects and events from initiation to completion
Collaborating with supervisor to determine budget for assigned projects, and process all related expenses.
Liaising with the WWAMI Cheyenne office and reporting updates to WWAMI director as needed.
Coordinating meetings and managing calendars.
Coordinating WWAMI marketing and public relation campaigns
Managing WWAMI website and social media platforms to ensure a consistent and accurate WWAMI media presence.
Assisting supervisor by researching problems and providing resolution(s) as directed.
Performing bookkeeping duties, organize data, and oversee office functions.
Assisting with providing data for various annual reports.
Planning and executing community outreach events in coordination with local medical associations such as the Wyoming Medical Society.
May supervise hourly employees.

REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY:
This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience:
At least
1-year work related experience (equivalent education and work experience may be considered)
Required licensure, certification, registration or other requirements:
Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) that is compliant with the
University Vehicle Use Policy

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- specifically advanced knowledge of Excel
Experience using Adobe Photoshop or other photo editing software
Event or project coordinating experience
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of
Wyocloud financial management system
Experience in sending mass correspondences using mail merge,
Experience in using or managing Cascade or Omni CMS web management or ability to learn
2 or more years work-related experience
OTHER DESIRED COMPETENCIES:
