Job Summary:
ERII is seeking a qualified candidate for an immediate full-time job opening for the position of Project Coordinator, located in San Leandro, CA. This position reports to the Program Manager for Desal Operations and will be responsible for successful execution of sales order and contract based projects for ERI products.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Reviewing and entering new orders into ERP system
- Detailed Purchase Order or Contract review of new projects
- Developing detailed project plans or schedules to meet project milestones and deliverables
- Developing relationships with customers and creating a pattern of effective communication throughout the order.
- Preparing and maintaining electronic project folders
- Revenue forecasting and risk analysis for each order/project
- Interfacing with internal departments to plan, organize, and direct activities required for shipping products and meeting deliverables
- Creating submittals for customer review including but not limited to technical documentation, quality documentation, shipping documents, progress reports, etc.
- Troubleshooting internal and external customer issues, including credit, duplicate orders, emergency requests, etc.
- Assisting Accounting with customer account maintenance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and support orders with both short- and long-term life cycles.

Skills & Requirements
- BA/BS Degree and/or equivalent work experience of 2-4 years in order management/project coordinator/project management field with proven track record of successful order execution
- Customer service oriented, with excellent communication skills
- Must be reliable, self-directed and capable of working independently, with the ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously and use sound judgment in prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proactive, team-oriented person who can anticipate needs, take initiative with excellent follow-through and requires minimal direction or supervision.
- Must be organized and detailed, as well as process-oriented with the ability to work under deadlines and time constraints.
- Experience with manufacturing environment or technical projects a plus.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Project and Excel, experience with report generation a plus
- Knowledge and experience with domestic and international export preferred, including but not limited to: Incoterms and Letters of Credit.
The below range is the range that we reasonably believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. This range may be modified in the future. The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $71,500.
