Pay: $38,000 – $42,000

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 6am ~ 3pm (end time may vary)
• No weekends!

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Covering routes during vacations and holidays, which will include selling, merchandising, and delivering product to each location in a given territory.
• Maintaining Red Bull merchandising standards during resets.
• Maintain and build relationships with existing and new customers in your sales territory.
• Meet customer needs and distributor needs by ensuring inventory and space are maximized.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
• Maintain and improve standards of distribution and product availability.
• Execute promotional activity and growth sales directives.
• Perform business reviews with your customers with our first-class data and sales sheets.
• Maximize your potential, your customer’s potential and your company’s potential by communicating, growing and addressing needs.

Requirements

• Driver's license with clean driving record
• High School Degree (Required)
• Sales Experience, at least 1 year. Experience with retail or distribution, preferred
• Self–motivated, reliable, good communication skills, personable, positive attitude, detail-oriented
• Have basic computing skills, problem solving and good math skills
• Able to consistently lift 50 lbs.

Qualified candidates must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, physical aptitude test, and driving background check.
