As a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) you would provide care and assist clients in the Community, LTC, and/or Retirement Home setting. The successful candidate will be responsible to perform within their scope of practice and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate patient care. The RPN will provide excellent care with respect and professionalism

What You Offer:

• Graduated from an accredited Registered Practical Nurse program or equivalent
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Practical Nurse
• Excellent interpersonal skills (e.g. communication, teamwork, and conflict-resolution)
• Reliability
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Valid First Aid and CPR - Level HCP certification
• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

**To be considered for the guaranteed hours contract position you must be available between the hours of 7am-7pm(shift 8hrs or more between these times) or overnights**
