Experienced Sales Manager-Proven Phone/Zoom Closer

  • We are looking for a talented, hungry, experienced sales closer to help us scale our business coaching company.
  • The role offers both a base and uncapped commission structure so that a strong performer will earn six-figures.
  • We'll jumpstart you in the role by providing initial leads and even have our inside setting team set some of your weekly sales appointments for you.
  • At the same time we offer a chance to earn double uncapped commissions with your self-generated leads.

Role Overview:

Your role as a 1099 Sales Representative is responsible for finding and enrolling new coaching program clients. Your responsibilities include:

  • Take company generated lead appointments and conduct a "free business coaching session" to qualify and close new coaching clients. (We have proven scripting that will allow a strong closer to close 1 in 3 qualified appointments or better.)
  • Persistent and ongoing sales follow up with leads not closed on first Business Coaching Program consultation to close at a future date. You will be building a solid sales pipeline and following up regularly with these business owners to eventually enroll them in the program.
  • Keep clear notes and concrete next steps for all prospects in the CRM. This is critical to build a pipeline that pays off handsomely over time.
  • Once a sale is closed, follow the client enrollment and new client hand off process to ensure smooth on boarding of clients.
  • Every quarter we host live events for clients which you'll use as another tool to help you close more business. By inviting any "on the fence" prospects there, they'll get to meet dozens of our thrilled clients, several of our coaches, and experience our business growth approach. You will attend and work with your prospects at each of these quarterly events, plus the company will even assign you some of the company generated event leads to work with.

Who We're Really Looking for...

If you're the person we're really looking for, you must have the following:

  • You are a very strong sales closer. You have a proven track record of generating new business, with your closing primarily over the phone or video. You must be a very strong phone or video closer, using a consultative sales approach.
  • You have the presence, ability, and experience to effectively sell to business owners with companies in the $1-20 million per year range. You are articulate with a strong phone and camera presence and ability to understand and connect with this audience.
  • Previous experience selling intangible solutions such as coaching, business services, or training in the range of $1,500 and $10,000 per month.
  • Self-driven and self-motivated. Possesses a hunter mentality and experience generating leads, prospecting, and other business development activities. You don't need to be closely managed to spend your day prospecting, closing, and following up. You are driven to make it happen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
