Retail Print Sales Associate

ACME Signs and Prints is a 50+ year old Sign, Print & Stamp company rapidly growing & expanding its services and retail presence in Orlando & Central Florida. We are a one stop shop company in Orlando with in-house production offering all kinds of Print and Sign solutions to our customers i.e. business cards prints, marketing materials, promotional products, apparel prints, embroidery, vinyl prints, car wraps, rigid signs, laser engraving etc. and much more…

We are looking for highly motivated & Energetic individuals, who enjoy multitasking to join our team as Retail Sales Associate.

Duties & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

We are seeking an entry-mid level team member to handle our upcoming Retail Store in Orlando, Florida. As a Retail Sales Associate you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, evaluate customer’s needs and provide custom signs, graphics, and printing solutions. You will preparing Logos, layouts and concept designs for various marketing and advertising mediums not limited to business cards, brochures, flyers, vehicle wraps, marketing materials, banners etc & operating different equipment and perform all finishing operations required by printing and sign requests. Training will be provided on the machines and tasks needed to succeed on this position. You should be able to handle retail sales activities and perform financial transactions using various pos platforms.

Skills & Abilities required:

• Knowledge / experience of Digital Printing / Apparel / Sign products & materials
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Must be Good in selling and upselling the products / services.
• Quick in making accurate work orders and doing cash / card transactions
• Knowledge / experience of handling POS / Cash Counters.
• Strong Communication skills. In English and Spanish
• Advanced Level experience of using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other design related software’s
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and fast-paced to support dynamic needs and overall design workflow
• Strong PC and Mac operating skills
• Able to work well under pressure
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift 50 or more pounds of media rolls
• Able to use light power equipment

Education and Experience

• Degree / Diploma in Graphic design
• Prior work experience of handling Print & Sign Store

The Job is also open forfreshers who have completed their formal Studies in Graphic design / any technical programs related to Design, Media and manufacturing. Self-motivated individuals aspiring to develop and grow in the creative and exciting field of Signs and Printing. On Job Training will be provided for operating various printing machines and other day to day activities that are required to perform and outshine like a pro.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the Florida State to work
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
• Must not use illegal drugs. Must be able to pass a drug test with negative results (except when undergoing documented medical treatment).
• Must submit an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verification's, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable
• All applicants must agree to drug screening, background check and reference checks as a condition of hiring.

Working Schedule: Mon- Fri, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
