As our Sales Director you can expect to:

- Develop and maintain key customer relationships

- Have direct responsibility for achieving the company budgeted sales targets

- Travel to and represent Trip Ninja at trade shows/conferences/sales meetings all over the world

- Provide feedback from prospective customers to the Product team for inclusion into Trip Ninja's technology

- Manage Trip Ninja's sales team

- Expand and mentor the sales team

- Establish processes and improvements to support sales efforts across Trip Ninja

- Attend to sales in the EMEA region

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- 5+ years of B2B technology enterprise sales experience, with travel industry experience preferred

- Experience working with a CRM (Hubspot preferred)

- Experience selling at trade shows/conferences

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Independent worker

- Highly developed decision-making, problem solving and interpersonal skills

- Fluency in English (written and spoken) required, but any additional major language an advantage.

- Strong network in the travelling business at all levels is an advantage

- Good understanding of business financials, with broad experience in budget planning, management, and forecasting

Location

Trip Ninja is based in Halifax, Canada, but we are accepting applications from all over Canada, as we are 100% remote in most areas.
