We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to oversee all domestic & international sales functions, duties include:
· Oversee all inside & outside sales staff
· Develop & maintain selling partner networks
· Develop & implement programs to increase sales of Bondhus products
· Participate as a member of corporate management including strategic planning & development of corporate goals
· Set & control department budgets
· Manage & oversee Japan facility & staff
· Meet or exceed annual domestic and international sales forecasts
· Create and manage market share growth strategies
· Develop proactive programs to increase sales
· Analyze reseller performance and adjust as necessary
· Develop effective sales promotions and programs
· Develop effective individual product line and territory plans
· Direct and assist sales staff in sales calls, selection of Reps, trade show participation, and customer communications
· Work closely with large domestic and international accounts to improve communications and improve sales
· Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor product and pricing and incorporate into market planning
· Create standard reporting for profitability analysis of price and discount structure
· Establish functional communications between sales staff to enhance sales, customer knowledge, customer satisfaction and increase sales of new and existing products
Requirements & skills:
· 4-year degree plus 5-10 years’ experience or equivalent
· Ability to travel, up to 35%
· International sales experience
· Manufacturing work experience
· 5+ years leadership/management experience planning & directing profitable sales growth
· Experience with industrial reps, distributor agencies, & importers
· Industrial sales experience including tools/similar industry desired
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Excellent communication & negotiation skills
· Organization, planning, & budgeting skills
· Must reside in Continental USA, close to a major airport, & have a valid US passport
Location: after training period, candidate can choose a hybrid work environment. Remote candidates will not be considered.
