Special Response Security Officer All Shifts - Now Hiring!

• North Kansas City, MO (near KCI Airport)

Starting Pay: $19.50 hr.

Availability:

• Must have flexible availability and be able to work different schedules depending on the assignment. Schedules can consist of day, night, and overnight hours (the schedule will vary with each assignment). Must also be available to work overtime when needed.

About the job (varies based on account):

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on the activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You're good at reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Vehicle patrols of client facility.
• Inside and outside foot patrols.
• Access control responsibilities for client personnel entering the facility.
• Badge checking and issuing.
• Inbound and outbound vehicle check-ins.
• CCTV (security camera monitoring).
• Alarm system monitoring.
• Entry control responsibilities.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Other security duties as assigned.

Your background:

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED).
• You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Prior security or related experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Local security license(s) or ability to obtain and maintain (will help to obtain if necessary based on local municipality requirements).
• Availability to work overtime when needed.
• SIDA license (GARDAWORLD will help to obtain during the hiring process).
