Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. As the Program Manager of Seller Onboarding Governance Strategies, you will be part of a team consisting of policy managers, investigation ops and program managers to drive seller performance optimization, and design projects to ensure balance between growth and sustainability of the platform in each market.
What You'll Do
- Manage the seller lifecycle and onboarding verification strategies including KYC/KYB
- Own seller onboarding product development and roadmap definition in partnership with product team
- Design the seller verification workflow including automated and manual workstreams. Design human review SOPs and audit/quality assurance processes.
- Manage escalations and deep dives, driving down root causes of errors
- Manage vendor strategy, including assessment, management, and overall audit of vendor services
- Drive programs to mitigate risks and launch enforcement strategies targeting problems related to high cancellation, late shipment, bad seller services, seller abuse and tiering of sellers to ensure good purchasing
- Collaborate with global teams to drive key metric improvements in areas related to onboarding KYB/KYC processes, and policy education
Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in consumer product safety, compliance or regulatory research fields
- 3+ years management experience managing medium to large teams
- Great research and investigation skills, able to discover the unknown
- Experience with KYC/KYC processes and identity verification processes
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience with root cause analysis and driving mitigation strategies based on known gaps
- Experience acting as a program manager and collaborating with XFN teams to drive end results
- Demonstrated past success working in a matrix environment and ability to influence key stakeholders

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $113777 - $270000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
