The role of the Site Coordinator is to provide support to the hourly recruiting staff through the administration and coordination of HTI's processes and procedures. This position is responsible for administration of all processes at the site but does not direct day-to-day job requirements of the workforce.

Essential Job Function:

  • Maintaining onsite presence and satisfying onsite responsibility as required at client’s location.
  • Manage data entry into HTI’s applicant database system.
  • Timely response, effective communication and follow-up on emails received, tasks assigned, projects, etc.
  • Maintain required employee file documentation in database including but not limited to attendance tracking, counseling forms, quality reviews, etc.
  • Ability to process payroll by using HTI or client time clock system.
  • Submitting payroll to HTI accounting in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring and maintaining appropriate confidentiality of employee, client and HTI information and data.
  • Prepare and maintain all required reports for the client and HTI.
  • Elevate potential issues, non-conformances to the Site Manager.
  • Ensure and maintain appropriate confidentiality of employee, client and HTI information, and any shared data.
  • Responsible for overall maintenance of the filing systems and making sure that all files are audit ready.
  • Attend job fairs on behalf of HTI or client.
  • Work with HTI team and client to ensure satisfaction with support and operational preparedness.
  • Other duties as assigned by HTI Management.

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must have good written and oral communication skills and the ability to interface with varying levels of people.
  • Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
  • Must have strong problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Must be able to work with little supervision
  • Be considered proficient at the use of applicant tracking database and/or any other required database.
  • Experience with MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Must be proficient in use of the Internet.

Education and Experience:

  • HS Diploma required. Prefer BS or BA.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically MS Word and MS Excel.
