- Business, Marketing or related Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience – Required
- 1+ years of work experience in social media – Required
- Hands-on experience using social media for brand awareness – Required
- Knowledge and understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Proficient ability to seamlessly transition between B2B and B2C campaigns
- Proficient ability to understand and evaluate campaign metrics
- Proficient ability to consolidate, analyze and interpret information with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources to offer creative marketing solutions and business decisions

- Partner with Digital Marketing Manager(s) to devise and oversee the digital media strategy, including goals, KPIs, acquisition of content, lead generation, and online brand and product campaigns to raise awareness
- Partner with Digital Marketing Manager(s) to develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, utilizing a range of techniques including social media, paid search, SEO, pay-per-click, and all other as decided by leadership
- Devise strategies to drive online traffic to FSPs websites
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, utilizing a range of techniques including social media, paid search, SEO and PPC
- Oversee the social media strategy for the FSP, including content, lead generation, and online brand and product campaigns to raise awareness
- Assist in planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
- Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
- Communicate with existing digital marketing clients as it relates to campaign results
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
- Participate in the establishment, organization, and implementation of short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures;
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness and impacts changes required for improvement;
- Coordinate and partner with others to execute special projects
- Maintain records on users and compliance activities;
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports
- Generate and provide monthly billing submission and/or manage submission of report;
- Provide advice and assistance to senior management in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of modification to existing operations, systems, and procedures
- Research and make recommendations to management pertaining to acquisition of operating equipment
- Manage internal and external customer relationships
- Partner with team members to ensure and maintain positive relationship management
- Provide direct correspondence and support for FSP inquiries, including calls, emails and face-to-face; assist team members with elevated inquires
- Create presentations, educate and train internal employees
- Promote programs to FSP to generate new users and maintain existing users
- Assist in recruiting new FSP by demonstrating the value of program
- Attend events for face-to-face recruitment and maintenance of users
- Assist in the creation of presentations and present to potential program users
- Educate and train internal employees on the merits of program
- All other duties as assigned
