Implementation ConsultantImplementation: Involved in entire business and configuration activities associated with LDS implementations.
Essential Functions
- Must have experience on Life and Annuity products
- Experience in development and support projects
- Experience with Agile methodology and working in a dynamic environment
- Experience with business and/or technical configuration of low-code/no-code applications
- Experience with electronic applications (eApp), workflow, and underwriting desired.
- Establishes and maintains a close-working relationship with all project stakeholders and technical staff to ensure alignment between solutions being delivered to business goals.
- Possesses the required technical knowledge to manage all aspects of an Information Technology project
- Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts and team members to analyze business requirements.
- Good communication, problem solving & interpersonal skills
- Having Life insurance certifications such as LOMA will be added advantage
- Requirement Gathering, Software testing
- Life/General Insurance
- PL/SQL, PowerPoint presentations
- Business design /System testing, Root Cause analysis (RCA)
- Experience in Business Process Automation and RPA is as added advantage
- Meetings & Reviews, Reporting & Documentation
- SQL functions, queries. Being able to write stored procedures is an added advantage.
- BS/BE/MCA/MBA graduate
- Total of 8-10 years in a various roles associated to Business analysis , software testing , Risk management, Experience in Insurance applications ,Technical Documentation, Leading and managing Projects
