Tow truck operator for towing, recoveries, lockouts, road services, etc. needed

Tow experience preferred but not required

On call job

Must have a valid driver’s license, and at least 25 years of age, (insurance purposes, and but may be able to negotiate at the insurance discretion)

Pays commission, not per hour

Must live in Centralia

Be available for random drug testing

Basic math skills required

Must be able to pass a WSP background check

Must be self motivating. Needs to have the ability to see what needs to be done and do it without being told

Keep respectful looking . You will be working with the owner, other employees, customers, as well as law enforcement, and you must be able to represent the company in a professional manner

CDL is not required

Will train before you tow

• We do not pay an hourly wage. We pay commission. $15.00 for vehicles you impounded that go to auction, and 25% of paid tows and impound rate. Are you interested in working for commission
• We do not require experience. We do offer training and support, at no cost to you, if you do not have experience. We also have a no cost refresher if you do have experience. This will enable you to start being paid as quickly a as possible. The time training takes depends on what you need. You could be Towing from day one up to whenever you are ready to run the equipment solo.
