Youth Consultation Service (YCS) is a behavioral health and social services agency that has been caring for at risk children and families since 1918 in therapeutic residences, special education schools, in-home and in-community programs throughout NJ.

Currently seeking an IMS Support Specialist to provide ongoing training and support to end-users of the Electronic Clinical Record.

• Responsible for understanding and/or being trained on the support and end-user components of the ECR.
• Responsible for facilitating necessary training at the sites and via the web.
• Responsible for responding to support requests sent to ECRHELP or via meetings/phone calls.
• Demonstrates exceptional knowledge of the ECR.
• Monitors the Netsmart Support Portal and relays updates to team and/or updates with necessary information.
• Demonstrates ability to problem-solve and resolve issues reported by investigating, testing, and replicating in the ECR.
• Provides ongoing technical support to end-users.
• Assists in updating and maintaining training material.
• Demonstrates knowledge of staff set up in the system and security settings.
• Demonstrates knowledge of agency workflows.
• Conducts any necessary training that cannot be conducted by superusers.
• Conducts other duties as assigned by Manager.
• Provides on-call services as necessary.
• Conducts trainings for new superusers as needed.

EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

• An associate's degree in Human Services/Social Service field or a similar field.
• At least one year of training experience required.
• Experience utilizing Electronic Clinical Record required
• Must have working knowledge of MS Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
