Job Description: We are seeking a Warehouse Manager who is a self-starter, fast-paced and has at least 5 years of previous experience in a warehouse environment, including at least 1 year in a management role. The ideal candidate must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and have excellent time management skills to prioritize his/her time well. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing a team of more than one associate, ensuring that all warehouse operations are efficient and meet company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the warehouse and manage a team of associates
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure safety, quality, and productivity
• Manage inventory control and ensure that products are properly stored, labeled, and shipped
• Train and motivate warehouse staff to achieve goals and meet company objectives
• Evaluate performance of team members and provide constructive feedback to improve performance
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and prepare reports for management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Build a positive and collaborative team environment through effective communication and team building activities

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of previous experience in a warehouse environment, including at least 1 year in a management role
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience leading a team of more than one associate
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Positive attitude and team-building skills

Pay: $43,626.32 - $52,539.22 per year
