Dalton Logistics is located in Earth City and is the St Louis Distribution Center for
CRST Specialized Transportation Inc. who is one of the largest padded van carriers in the US. At Dalton Logistics, we specialize in electronics and high value products moving, with lift-gate, inside pickup and delivery service as well as dedicated drop and hook runs.
Dalton Logistics is currently seeking:
Warehouse Associate, we have an opening for a FT Warehouse person: The position will be a combination of M-F: 12PM - 8PM, with weekends: Saturday 9AM - 5:00 PM, Sunday: 8AM - 6:00 PM. The shift will alternate weekends and week day combinations. The candidates will not work every weekend, it will be a combination of week days and a weekend. There is also a 12-7PM position open Monday - Friday. WE WILL ALSO CONSIDER PT CANDIDATES.

Responsibilities:
- Assist shipping and receiving loading and unloading trucks and checking in freight.
- Inspect products for defects and damages.
- Organize warehouse space.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma, general education degree or higher.
- Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
- 2 years previous warehouse experience.
- Good communication, organizational, time management, and mathematical skills.
- Dependable, reliable, and punctual.
- Inventory, data entry, and computer skills may be required.
- Team player with organizational skills.
- Must have RF scanning experience
- Must have computer skills
