Special opportunity for an attorney with 10+ years of either general corporate, litigation, employment or intellectual property (immigration may also work) experience interested in genuine growth. The McHattie Law Firm is a dynamic boutique law firm with a focus on intellectual property, general corporate, litigation, and employment with a strong Irish and EU client base as well.

The ideal candidate must have the following:

• Solid experience in practice area; for corporate, a range of general corporate matters, including but not limited to drafting agreements, analyzing issues associated with private middle market companies, transactional and business planning matters, mergers and acquisitions, and early-stage finance and equity transactions; for litigation, a balanced and pragmatic approach to privately held company litigation; for IP, an expertise in either patent, trademark or copyright, or combination of the foregoing; and

• Strong academic record and excellent writing skills required;

• Entrepreneurial, ambitious and innovative approach to business development and client relations (we will drive); and

• Experience and willingness to work with and mentor younger associates.
