Position Summary
Pay range: $16.88- $20.14 based upon experience
This position serves as point of reference for those working under executives. It is responsible for maintaining office equipment and supplies, as well as organizing and arranging duties for general business meetings.
Essential Functions
Maintain office equipment (copier, scanner, fax machine)- Organize functions and general meeting support
- Arrange follow up calls, secure food and supplies, make copies and send faxes as needed
- Manage supplies and storage space
- Ensure new employees are situated with IT and other necessary programs
- Take orders and cancel accounts
- Serve as primary point of administrative contact and liaison with customers and terminals
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
