Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (with the potential for some overtime)
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr. - (Temp-to-Hire at 520 hours with company paid benefits for employees AND their family! )
Job Duties: In this position, you will complete daily projects independently or on a team. Projects include assembly, measuring, shipping, etc. You will also be responsible for:

Job Duties: In this position, you will complete daily projects independently or on a team. Projects include assembly, measuring, shipping, etc. You will also be responsible for:
- Performing various physical duties as assigned
- Maintain all safety standards
- Move, secure, install, build, load or unload materials
- Effectively use heavy and/or light equipment, depending on the assignment
- Clean up the shop from hazardous or obsolete material
- Work with other employees through all stages of the project to make sure the job is done efficiently
- Handle and transport materials and equipment (e.g. drills and grinders)
- Follow direct instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks
- Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures
- Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions
Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (additional vocational / trade school / apprenticeships a plus!)
- Must be 18 years old
- Have the ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50lbs.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Work in both climates - inside and outside
- Cross-train in additional departments
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication
- Power tools experience (drill, rivet gun, nail gun)
- Metal and/or wood assembly
- Ability to read measurements (tape measure)
- Forklift experience is PREFERRED but not required
- Steel-toed shoes are REQUIRED
- Safety glasses are required (provided by the company)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a pre-screening drug test and background check
