Are you a dedicated and compassionate On-Call Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking to work in a culture-driven environment that values kindness, collaboration, and excellence in patient care? The Licensed Practical Nurse in our assisted living facility is responsible for collaborating with physicians and team to provide nursing services to residents.
This position also provides support to family members as well as supervising assigned team members. This role is responsible for demonstrating a commitment to customer service through resident focused initiatives that support the mission of the community and Moorings Park.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Licensed Practical Nurse/ Licensed Vocational Nurse graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- One year experience working in a long-term care facility.
- Certifications and Licensed Practical Nurse/ Licensed Vocational Nurse license and other licensure required by state regulations.
