Description

We are looking for a tech-savvy and data-driven Email Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing Team in Atlanta, GA. This role will manage our marketing automation platforms to drive engagement and inbound leads. You will collaborate with internal partners (within the marketing team and multiple points at each location), and external resources to effectively manage, optimize, and drive significant growth. You will have the flexibility to work remotely 50% of your time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, deployment and continuous optimization
• Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance reports to the marketing team
• Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, and analyze campaign performance.
• Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
• Audience segmentation and workflow management
• Develop and define the customer touchpoint strategy
• Managing internal and external opt-out to ensure SPAM & TCPA compliance
• Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth.
• Responsible for identifying and managing external partners (agencies, technology companies, suppliers of products/experiences) to deliver flawless execution
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting and analysis.
• Ensure all email campaigns are on-brand and OEM-compliant.

Requirements

• Bachelor-level degree required, BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
• Proven working experience with a marketing automation tool
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience.
• Auto industry experience is a plus, but not required
