Job description
Community table , a 75 seat fine dining restaurant, seeks an experienced Baker and Pastry Cook to work with our talented team.
Duties include bread production, dessert production, general kitchen prep, receiving goods and teaching PM staff how to execute desserts. Maintaining proper pars of breads and desserts depending on time flow of business.
Experience with Yeast & Sourdough Bread.
Good working knowledge of cake and custard methods.
Able to produce upscale plated desserts using seasonal and local ingredients.
Knowledge of current trends
Serve Safe certificate.
Community table has been nominated for two James Beard awards.
