YOUR DAY AS A RECEPTIONIST - CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT

As a Receptionist - Chiropractic Assistant, you play an essential role in our practice. As the friendly voice on the phone and the cheerful person who greets our patients as they come through our office door, you make a positive first impression. From your position at our front desk, you perform a variety of tasks each day that help our practice thrive.

Scheduling is one of your primary duties. Whether you're making appointments with people in person or over the phone, you listen carefully and use your excellent customer service skills to kindly address their concerns. You also ensure that our files are prepped and organized. When new patients join us, you help them fill out their paperwork and verify that it is accurate and complete.

A team player, you enjoy supporting our staff in any way you can, and you love getting to know our patients. Watching people progress with each visit fills you with great satisfaction, and you take pride in helping them achieve their health and wellness goals!

WHAT WE NEED IN A RECEPTIONIST - CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT

• Experience with phones and scheduling

YOUR SCHEDULE AS A RECEPTIONIST - CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT

This health and wellness position typically works Monday through Thursday and occasionally on Friday. The office hours are from 9:00 am - 6:30 pm, except on Wednesday when they are from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. There is no work on weekends except for optional events.
