Home Care Sales Representative
The Home Care Sales Representative is responsible for growing our client/patient census by developing an extensive referral network within the assigned territory. You will be the face of the company in the community, at networking events, health fairs, professional associations, and other events. Your typical week involves minimal time in the office and lots of time out meeting people.
Further, you will manage the new client prospect pipeline, qualifying referrals and following up with prospects through the sales process.
An exceptional Home Care Sales Representative is driven, self-motivated, competitive, yet caring and empathetic. You should be an exceptional communicator able to work collaboratively with your team.
As a Home Care Sales Representative, you will:
- Promote Comfort Keepers’ unique programs and services by establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, assisted living facilities, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners that refer or may refer to home care
- Develop and execute sales plan in market
Qualifications & Required Skills
- High energy, high drive, yet compassionate sales professional
- Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources
- Demonstrated in-market network preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a healthcare related field preferred
- Two years health care sales experience preferred, including home care, home health care, hospice, assisted living facilities (ALF), pharma, or other
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay and incentive plan commensurate with experience

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
