What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join our amazing Verification Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing GTM strategies that drive the success of our income and employment verification solutions. This team operates like a start-up within Experian, which means you will be required to to wear multiple hats, step outside your comfort zone, adapt to shifting priorities in real-time, and bring clarity to complex problems. About Verification Solutions
The Verification Solutions team is on a mission to build innovative income and employment verification solutions that empower consumers and help clients make more informed decisions using an accurate and up-to-date view of consumer financial stability. This is a highly visible role designed to help us accelerate market share growth and establish Experian as the industry’s leading verification provider.
Your Day-to-Day
Go-to-Market Activities
- Develop and execute GTM plans for new products and features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product management, sales, marketing, finance, legal, etc. to ensure successful product launches that meet client needs
- Build KPIs to measure the success of GTM activities, track progress against those KPIs, and adjust strategies as needed to improve performance and deliver results
Research
- Conduct comprehensive research to deeply understand the verification ecosystem, emerging technologies and the competitive landscape, and use that knowledge to inform product and marketing roadmaps
- Collect voice-of-client and voice-of-sales through various channels to understand client pain poins, needs, and preferences
Sales Enablement
- Develop powerful sales tools such as product sheets, whitepapers, and case studies that highlight our unique value and help our sales team differentiate our solutions from competitors
- Create effective sales training materials such as playbooks, battlecards and presentations that equip sales teams with the knowledge and skills they need to identify, qualify and close more opportunities
- Leverage client insights and feedback to develop sales tools that resonate with buyers, such as ROI calculators, product demos, etc.
Thought Leadership
- Develop and execute a thought leadership content strategy that establishes our business as a market leader and subject matter expert
- Stay attuned to industry trends and translate those into actionable thought leadership content that positions our solutions as innovative and forward-thinking
- Leverage various channels to amplify our thought leadership, including events, webinars, blogs and social media, to reach a broad audience and build awareness and credibility for our brand

The Ideal Fit
- You have a BA/BS/MBA degree in marketing, business, communications or similar
- You have a minimum of 7+ years experience in B2B product marketing, product management and GTM strategy
- You bring products to market with flawless execution and deliver strong business results
- Storytelling is your super-power, cutting through complex, disparate information with clear and concise narratives
- You can effortlessly balance strategic and tactical priorities
- Clients are your north star, their feedback fuels your strategy
- You cultivate strong relationships across the organization
- You’re a rockstar communicator, with a proven ability to influence leadership
- You’re obsessed with metrics, using data to determine your prioritization
- You walk the walk, holding yourself accountable for your commitments
- You’re a self-starter who can adapt and thrive in ambiguous and evolving situations
- You’re comfortable presenting in front of large audiences, internal and external
- You have a passion for continuous learning
Bonus Points
- You have experience marketing to buyer personas in the financial services sector
- You have experience in the income and employment verification market

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, life and disability insurance, generous paid time off including paid parental and family care leave, an employee stock purchase plan and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
