Cypress at Home is expanding – now seeking a Home Health Clinical Manager!

• Position is Full-time.
• Ideal candidate will possess:
• A valid Florida RN or PT license.
• An interest and compassion for older adults.

This position assists both the Director of Nursing and the Assistant Director of Nursing in directing and coordinating the clinical activities of the Agency.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Assisting in the supervision of all personnel who deliver direct patient care services.
• Reviewing and ensuring quality and compliance of clinician documentation and practice.
• Helping with, interpreting, and establishing policies and procedures of the Agency to the staff.
• Preparing and participating in Quality Assurance Process Improvement (QAPI) meetings as well as establishing and conducting our ongoing quality assurance program.
• Supporting the daily operations of the Agency.
• Helping to create and implement process improvement projects.
• Aiding in the new hire process and clinical competency.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing or physical therapy school.
• Valid Florida RN or PT license required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must have valid FL driver’s license and access to personal vehicle.
• One to three years supervisory experience as an RN or PT in a home health agency.
